Lisbeth spent her childhood growing up in Lower Westchester.  Her fascination with real estate started early on, when, at three or four years old, she would take strolls with her parents through the surrounding neighborhoods of her small town discussing the architectural styles of houses and imagining which ones she would like to purchase or not.  She still remembers learning the difference from a Center Hall Colonial, Side Hall Colonial, Victorian, Contemporary, Modern, etc.  As she got into elementary school, she would pour over whatever design magazines and catalogs she could get her hands on.

Lisbeth attended Fordham University for her undergraduate studies, and then went on to complete a Master’s Degreee in Corporate and Political Communications in Spain, as the only American in her cohort.  When she returned to New York, she worked in finance, becoming a Registered General Securities Representative after passing her Series 7 and 66 examinations through FINRA.  Finding finance was not for her, she left to enter the New York City Teaching Fellows, a program designed to accelerate the transition of career-changers into high needs NYC schools.  Through this program, she taught High School level Spanish for a number of years and obtained her Masters of Science in Teaching.  However, in the back of her mind, Real Estate was always calling her name- and, after having children, she decided to devote herself full time to it. She also serves as a Board Member of Putnam County Land Trust, helping preserve Conservation Land for future generations. 

Because of her variety of experiences in life and her belief that one’s integrity and passion should always trump practical concerns, she believes in creating a new way of conducting business in our economy.  Meeting her clients’ needs and serving as a Concierge throughout the home buying or selling process takes as much precedent as her detailed knowledge of individual markets and trends and meticulous analysis of the data.  Her familiarity with renovation processes and interior design make her an ideal partner with which to tour potential homes.  Most importantly, her ability to think outside the box and meet challenges with a smile and a solution make her a pleasure to work with.
